Terms of use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms apply to anyone who uses the Zevi staff app or the Zevi patient booking page, both provided by Opsyfy (“Opsyfy”, “we”), an enterprise registered in India under Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-JH-01-0066436.
Who can use Zevi
The Zevi app is for staff of clinics that use Zevi. Your clinic gives you access, and you sign in with your own mobile number. Don't share your sign-in or your PIN.
Using Zevi properly
- Only enter patient information your clinic is allowed to hold, and only for that patient's appointment.
- Don't try to reach another clinic's data, overload the service, or interfere with how it works.
- Actions like Burn Shift cancel real appointments and message real patients. Use them with care.
Clinic responsibilities
The clinic decides who on its staff can use Zevi. It is also responsible for having a lawful reason to hold its patients' information and to send them appointment messages.
Not medical advice
Zevi manages appointments and queues. It does not give medical advice. Wait times it shows are estimates.
Availability
We work to keep Zevi running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or a network problem. Clinics should have a fallback for running the queue by hand.
Ending access
Your clinic can remove your access at any time. We can suspend access that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see how to delete your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Opsyfy is not liable for indirect losses from using Zevi or from Zevi being unavailable.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
