Zevi is a clinic queue and appointment app made by Opsyfy (“Opsyfy”, “we”), an enterprise registered in India under Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-JH-01-0066436. This policy covers the Zevi staff app for Android, the Zevi patient booking page, and this website, opsyfy.in. It explains what information we handle, why, and what you can do about it.
Clinics use Zevi to run their appointments. For patient information, the clinic decides what is collected and why, and we process it on the clinic's behalf.
Information we handle
Clinic staff (people who sign in to the Zevi app)
- Mobile number, used to sign you in with a one-time code.
- Your name and role at the clinic (owner, doctor or receptionist), as set up by your clinic.
- Your phone's model name, so you can tell your signed-in devices apart.
- A notification token from Firebase Cloud Messaging, so we can send queue updates to your phone.
- What you do in the app that changes the clinic's records, such as starting a shift or calling the next patient. This is kept as an activity log for the clinic.
- Crash reports from Firebase Crashlytics if the app crashes. These contain technical details about the crash and your device, not patient information.
Your PIN never leaves your phone. Only a protected form of it is stored, on the phone itself.
Patients
- Name and WhatsApp number, entered by the clinic or by the patient when booking.
- Appointment details: the doctor, date, time, and where the patient is in the queue.
- Whether queue messages reached the patient.
We do not collect medical records, diagnoses, payment details, precise location, contacts, photos or files.
Why we use it
- To sign staff in and keep their accounts secure.
- To run the clinic's appointments and queue.
- To send patients booking confirmations and queue updates on WhatsApp.
- To send staff queue notifications.
- To find and fix crashes.
We do not sell personal information, show ads, or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- The clinic you work at or booked with.
- Service providers that run parts of Zevi for us: Microsoft Azure (hosting and database), Google Firebase (staff notifications and crash reports) and Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (patient messages). They may only use the information to provide that service.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep staff and patient information while the clinic uses Zevi. When a clinic stops using Zevi, or someone asks us to delete their account, we delete the information within 28 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer. How to ask for deletion.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). On the phone, sign-in details are kept in encrypted storage. Access to clinic data is limited to that clinic's staff.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop using it. Email support@opsyfy.in from the number or clinic the request concerns.
- Staff: in the app, go to Settings, then Delete my account, or email us. Your clinic owner can also remove you.
- Patients: ask your clinic, or email us.
Children
The Zevi app is for clinic staff, who must be adults. A clinic may book appointments for children, and a parent or guardian provides their details. We don't knowingly collect information from children ourselves.
This website
If you fill in the sign-up form on opsyfy.in, we receive your clinic's name, type, size and city, your name, role, WhatsApp number and email, and your answers about how your clinic runs today. We use them only to contact you about setting up Zevi, and delete them if you ask. The website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn't use this to show you ads.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app.
